The order implies irrevocable adherence to the general terms of sale.
The sales contract is subject to French law.

The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with the company NÜRANSTONE SASU for all articles and services offered on the nurmanstone.com site by non-professional individuals.
Consequently, the fact that any person orders a product offered for sale on the nurmanstone.com website implies full and complete acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale which the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.

NÜRANSTONE SASU reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Nevertheless, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the order placed by a CUSTOMER on the nurmanstone.com website are those accepted by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order.

1. THE OFFER
Our product offers are valid while stocks last.
In this context, information on the availability of products is provided to the CUSTOMER when placing an order, when adding the item to the basket. In the event of product unavailability after the order has been placed, NÜRANSTONE SASU will inform the CUSTOMER by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, offering the CUSTOMER either to exchange the unavailable item or to partially reimburse the CUSTOMER for the undelivered product(s). NÜRANSTONE SASU reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the articles and prices offered on the www.nurmanstone.com website.
The articles sold are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
If, in spite of all our precautions, errors occur, we cannot be held responsible for this fact.
The photos representing our products have only an indicative value because of the alterations that may exist due to their transcription on the site. These photos as well as the texts illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field.
We could, because of our suppliers, be led to deliver to you an article of composition slightly different from the one described but in any case of equal or higher quality than the ordered article. In this case, you will of course benefit from our “guarantee” consisting of a right of exchange or refund.

Availability of the products

NÜRMANSTONE SASU undertakes to honour orders received only within the limits of available stocks of products or within the limits of stocks available from its suppliers. In the event that the product(s) are not available, NÜRMANSTONE SASU undertakes to inform the CUSTOMER as soon as possible. NÜRMANSTONE SASU reserves the right to modify the product range, particularly in the light of the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

Availability may vary within the same day depending on the level of sales. NÜRMANSTONE SASU carries out regular updates. In the event of product unavailability, NÜRMANSTONE SASU will notify the CUSTOMER by telephone or by e-mail.

NÜRMANSTONE SASU may not be held liable for the non-fulfilment of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, or in the event of force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, disruptions, total or partial strikes, particularly by transport service providers, etc.).

NÜRMANSTONE SASU offers on its site to pre-order or reserve products that are not available at the time of ordering. NÜRMANSTONE undertakes to supply the product(s) ordered within the deadlines of its suppliers.
NÜRMANSTONE has selected suppliers offering high quality know-how. These suppliers, subject to the availability of raw materials, announce a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. NÜRMANSTONE SASU cannot therefore be held responsible for a final product delivery time equivalent to that of its suppliers.

2. PRICES
Our prices are indicated in euros.
They include VAT (All Taxes Included).
They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors.
Any change in the French VAT rate may be immediately reflected in our prices.
These prices do not include a flat-rate contribution to postage and packaging costs, which remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The articles will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is recorded.

3. THE ORDER
The order is made directly online. A guided search allows you to find all the items in our collection and then to make your choice in order to place your order.
The ordering process consists of 6 successive steps. Once the selection of products has been made, and the basket validated, the CUSTOMER must :
– clearly identify the selected products with the options of colors, sizes, … indicated on the nurmanstone.com website;
– Indicate the quantities requested;
– identify himself either by entering his email address and password, which are strictly personal, or by mentioning all the information usually required for online registration;
– Indicate delivery information as clearly as possible and without error (precise delivery address, address specifics and additional information such as building, floor, digicode, etc.) ;
– choose the delivery method;
– choose the method of payment;

Once the method of payment has been selected, the CLIENT must proceed to pay for his order on the secure interface, which will formalise in a firm and definitive manner the sales contract binding him to NÜRANSTONE SASU.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

In all cases, the online supply of the credit card number and the final validation of the order by the CLIENT will be considered as proof of the order and the payment of the sums for the products selected in the order. This validation constitutes signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the nurmanstone.com site.
Order Confirmation
An e-mail is automatically sent to the CUSTOMER to confirm the order, provided that the e-mail address provided by the CUSTOMER does not contain any errors.
The CLIENT must check the information it provides to NÜRANSTONE SASU who cannot be held liable for any input errors and the consequences thereof.

Follow-up of the order
CUSTOMER may check the status of its order at any time by visiting the “My Account” section on the nurmanstone.com website. This tracking allows the CUSTOMER to know the status of his order processing. At the same time, CUSTOMER’s order delivery status will be monitored by the selected shipping service provider. NÜRANSTONE SASU cannot therefore be held responsible for any unavailability or errors that may affect the information provided by its transport service providers. NÜRANSTONE SASU nevertheless endeavours to ensure the best possible monitoring of the delivery conditions (communication of information on the delivery status to the CLIENT and the location of the order at any time) with the transport service providers. The CLIENT may at any time contact NÜRANSTONE SASU’s Customer Service Department in order to be informed of the progress of his/her order.

Proof of order
The computerized registers, kept in NÜRANSTONE SASU’s computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof. The CUSTOMER may consult, at any time, his order history and invoices in the “My Account” section on the nurmanstone.com website.
NÜRANSTONE SASU cannot be held responsible for any failure of its hosting provider and any given loss caused.
It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to keep a proof of order (invoice, order number, etc.) which will be required for any dispute or request for return or guarantee.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER BY NÜRANSTONE SASU
Any order shall constitute express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The validation of the order by the Internet user implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
NÜRANSTONE SASU confirms its order to the CUSTOMER via the online banking payment site (NÜRANSTONE SASU’s bank, Paypal), via a payment confirmation email. The Internet user can also print out his/her order via the Paypal site.

5. PAYMENT
Payment for an online order is made at the time of ordering.
Any order not accompanied by a title of payment will not be shipped. You can pay by the following means:
CHEQUE : to the order of “NÜRANSTONE SASU” address: 13 rue du Maréchal Leclerc 59310 Aix en Pévèle, indicating on plain paper the names, sizes, and cut (man, woman) of the clothes. Shipping costs are at the CUSTOMER’s expense.
PAYPAL ACCOUNT: simply use your Paypal account.
BANK CARD: enter the number of your card (credit card, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express) the expiry date and the cryptogram (the last 3 numbers written on the back of your card). Your payment will be recorded as soon as your order is validated on the site via Paypal or the interface of our banking establishment chosen by NÜRANSTONE SASU.
Your payment request is routed in real time to the secure tele-payment manager of Paypal or the banking service provider chosen by NÜRANSTONE SASU, which carries out various checks to prevent abuse and fraud.
In all cases, the online supply of your card number and the final validation of your order will be worth, after control and in accordance with the law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signatures, proof of the completeness of the order and the due date of the sums due in execution of the said order.

6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by the service provider chosen by NÜRANSTONE SASU within 3 to 15 days (working days after validation of the order) with a flat-rate contribution to postage and packaging costs. The price of this contribution is fixed according to the tariffs of the service provider chosen by NÜRANSTONE SASU. The transport risks are the responsibility of the CLIENT from the time the goods leave the warehouse. The CUSTOMER must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the items delivered before signing the delivery note (whether it is a paper or electronic document) and immediately notify NÜRANSTONE SASU of any anomaly. Otherwise, NÜRANSTONE SASU reserves the right to refuse any guarantee or exchange.

7. THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE
You can only return products that have been purchased directly from the www.nurmanstone.com website.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on the www.nurmanstone.com website, you may return it for exchange or refund within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt, by following the steps set out below. After this period, the products can neither be exchanged nor refunded.

For the return to be accepted, the items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which you will have circled the product(s) and quantity(ies) returned. The items must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition that allows them to be resold. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled will not be taken back or exchanged.

The return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the CUSTOMER. NÜRANSTONE SASU cannot be held responsible for the loss of a return made by you or the service provider you have chosen to make the return.

a) How do I exchange an item?
There are two possibilities:
– the fastest:
Place another order and ask for a refund of the item in your possession via your Paypal account. (Be careful to respect the 15 days deadline after delivery, see the heading “How to be refunded an article” below)

– the second possibility: (delay about 10 days)
Return the item with a copy of your invoice and indicate the size you want instead. If the article is unavailable, NÜRANSTONE SASU will inform you by e-mail or by telephone, offering you either to exchange the unavailable article or to reimburse it.

b) How can I get a refund for an item?
– Return your article(s) by parcel (at your expense) and attach a copy of your invoice specifying the desired refund.
– We will refund the original price paid for the returned item within thirty (30) days of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
– Refunds are made either by re-crediting your Paypal account or the bank interface used when you placed your order, or by using a promotional code for the amount corresponding to the credit note, or by cheque according to your wishes.

8. PERSONAL DATA
NÜRANSTONE SASU strictly applies the French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to “information technology, files and freedom” as well as the deontological principles that result from this law with regard to the personal information that you may be led to communicate to us in the context of an order placed on our website.

a) Transmission of personal data to third parties

The Personal Data collected when you register for the newsletter, the auctions, the creation and submission of written comments, (including photographs and videos) are used to enable NÜRANSTONE SASU to identify the authors. Unless expressly authorised by you on the Site, your Personal Data is not transmitted to third parties by NÜRANSTONE SASU.

b) Right of access and correction of transmitted data

NÜRANSTONE SASU cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of the Internet network such as a break in the service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any case of force majeure.

10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The present terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of NÜRANSTONE SASU’s registered office.
